Windows 10 How to fix monitor display/resolution/zoom?

Monitor and display do not match. third monitor is now half the size of the rest in settings>display and I cannot change resolution. Monitor now is in has no borders and appears to be at 200% zoom. Restarted and unplugged cables. Did not work.
