Windows 11 How to fix my keyboard?

I think I accidentally did a windows command because out of nowhere, my keyboard is messed up a half of my keys don’t work. My U key opens my accessibility settings, the 4 and shift key both type the “$” symbol and my esc windows and backspace keys don’t work please help. I tried changing my language and going into my driver manager to reset my keyboard thingy but both don’t work.
