Windows 11 How to fix my pc.

My pc wont work i cant interact with on anything on the screan and any clicking inputs wont work, i can move my mouse around the screan and use my keyboard for some short cuts like task manger but that means nothing when i cant even interact with it. And my taskbar wont workEdit: i am now able to do some stuff using tab key and enter and when talking to someone they said it might be something to do with processing as it takes a long time for clicks to register and other stuff
