My laptop is on and its screen appears normal, but frozen in the midst of activity. The mouse, keyboard, touch pad, and touch screen suddenly stopped working. There is no physical power button.How can I fix it? My only idea is to let the battery die and then plug it in and restart it. Is there an alternative?The laptop is an Intel core i7 Dell bought in 2021. It runs Windows 11. It has never had problems.I had been cutting videos into segments for hours when this happened.I had been using a bluetooth mouse when it stopped. I tried a USB mouse, but it also didn't work.
