Windows 11 How to fix pc after accidentally disabled all msconfig services?

Hello I recently accidentally disabled all msconfig services and I tried to go to the command prompts to fix it but it is asking me for a password which I thought at first was my microsoft password but that didn’t work. I was just wondering if there was any other way to get into my pc and fix this because my pins not working and I also tried other options in troubleshooting but they didn’t work either.
