Windows 11 How to fix "Some update files aren't signed correctly. Error code: (0x800b0109)"?

ItzNatsu.

I'm trying to install Update Stack Package - (Version 1201.2307.4011.0) on Windows 11 but it keeps failing and says "Some update files aren't signed correctly. Error code: (0x800b0109)". I tried sfc scannow and dism scanhealth and restore health but none of them fixed it. i also tried other things such as deleting the update files stored in "C:\Windows\SoftwareDistribution\Download" and that also did not work. What can i do to fix this?
