Hello Microsoft, I hope this email finds you well. I recently purchased a brand new Acer laptop which came with a built-in license for Windows 10 Home Single Language. I have since updated it to Windows 11 Home Single Language. However, I wanted to further upgrade to Windows 11 Pro, and I obtained a product key from a friend for this purpose.
