Windows 11 How to fix this quick action bug

it shows that I have no sound, no wi fi and I tried running dism.exe /online /cleanup-image /scanhealthdism.exe /online /cleanup-image /restorehealthdism.exe /online /cleanup-image /startcomponentcleanupsfc /scannow and Get-AppXPackage -AllUsers | Foreach {Add-AppxPackage -DisableDevelopmentMode -Register "$($_.InstallLocation)\AppXManifest.xml"} but it didnt change anything when I tried to see if the devices were showing for the system they were working but somehow I cant hear anything
