Windows 11 How to fix USB ports not recognising devices even though it outputs power.

I had turned on my PC and all of the front facing ports no longer recognise any devices. I have tried plugging other devices in both the front and back of the PC yet it still does not work recognise any of the devices. There was an update recently however I reverted and it was still happening.I have tried to update each USB device with no luck, complete uninstall of the drivers and instalation and no luck and I have tested the devices on other PCs and they all still work.I have Windows 11 running and all is up to date at the moment.If there is any other information required or needed please do
