Windows 10 How to fix when i run "run" theres a thing that pops up called "How do you want to open this file"

When i open run, windows + r it opens but when i press ok it pops up a "How do you want to open this file" how to fix pls? i can't provide pic since i can't screen shot the "How do you want to open this file". Also when my pc turn on the "How do you want to open this file" pop up too how to fix this pls.
