Windows 11 How to fix Windows 11 saying I'm not connected to the Internet, when actually I am?

It's been two weeks Windows 11 has been saying that I'm not connected to the Internet, when actually I am. I can open the browser and surf the internet.However, I cannot sync apps like Microsoft One Note, and others.I attach a screenshot.Please, help.
