Windows 11 How to fix Xbox install error 0x80073d0d

I'm trying to install a game I've owned before through the Xbox app and every time it gets to 100% it gives me the above error. I'm guessing the cause of this was when I accidentally deleted one of my drives, but not sure how as none of the app's data was even on that drive. I've followed every fix I can find on the internet and absolutely nothing works. I reset the app, deleted it's cache, re-installed, restarted the PC, changed the preferred download location in settings, and even executed commands on the command line (which actually didn't even work, btw). I also checked my Bitdefender app
