Windows 11 How to fix yellow tint color on my laptop?

Well, my screen started showing yellow tint, even though I haven't turned on the night light nor is it color calibration issue. When I connect my laptop to an external display device the yellow tint is gone. What can cause the problem? and how can I fix it?
