Windows 10 How to force a drive to let ALL files to check the data with the file scrubber of "Integrity streams" of the ReFS filesystem ?

When I activate the file scrubber on a drive not all files are set to check with the file scrubber of "Integrity streams".


I use the command :


Set-FileIntegrity D:\ -Enable $True

But it does not scan ALL files every 2 weeks when the file Scrubber is started on volume D.


What is the command or parameter to let ALL files on volume D scan all the files for data integrity ?
