Windows 10 How to force file transfer traffic over a specific Nic

I have two identical servers, each having 2 10Gbe nics each. The first nic (nic1) of each server is connected to the enterprise network via a 1Gbe Switch. The second nics (nic2) are connected directly to each other. I would like all file transfers between the two servers (ie. copying file from desktop 1 to desktop 2) to occur over the direct 10gbe connection instead of the current routing which goes via the 1gbe switch and therefore is very slow. I have connected to server 1 via it's nic 2 ip address 10.0.0.1 from server 2 (10.0.0.2) by using the network connection (eg. \\10.0.0.1\Desktop). Ho
