How to fully clean my laptop [URGENT PLEASE HELP]

Hello, a few months ago Windows defender found a PUA, I removed the PUA and the status is ( Status :Removed )I downloaded Malwarebytes yesterday and they found the same threat so I deleted it. How can I know if my laptop is fully clean?Does my laptop have infected files? Is there still PUA in my laptop? Please help, I would truly appreciate your help!
