Windows 11 How to get files from desktop into one folder?

I was trying to get all of these photos into one folder and usually when I upload the photos they appear as one big folder but this time they went all over my screen. I have tried to look up ways to fix this but I cannot get the photos to drag into the folder. I can not delete these as they are for my work. Please help!Edit: Its not letting me add a screenshot so to describe it better; the files are overlapping with multiple different files so I cannot open a folder/ put stuff or drag stuff into the folder. Edit 2: It let me put the screenshot in :)
