We have for years used folder, redirection policy to redirect the downloads folder into the users home drive with \\server\home. (when you enter this in the downloads folder redirection it appends, the %username%\downloads This works great in all versions of windows 10 but lately with newer updates were seeing it falling apart were instead of putting it in the Home folder.
