I am trying to contact micrsoft for help with a completely different issue, but it seems even contacting help has it's bugs. When I try to create an online ticket, I am required to sign in to my microsoft account, but when I do so I am told my account is locked due too many failed attempts even though I only tried once and had it right. Changing the password yielded the same result. When I tried calling the help line, a robot asked what I needed help with, when I said, it decided it was simple enough to fix with online help, I was given a website to go to and then hung up on, even though getti
