Windows 11 How to get rid of stupid icons on my files and icons to shortcuts?

2 months ago i had a stupid issue with shortcut icons where a lot of the shortcut icons awfully have blue squares, checkmarks inside the green square, and grey icons with /, and this is getting annoying, how to get rid of stupid icons that keep appearing on my icons, if they don't get removed I can keep clicking on the wrong shortcut if they cover the whole iconNot only the desktop icons but the files in File Explorer that I can't show much but I will show the icons,HOW DO I FIX THIS???
