Windows 10 How to get Windows Mail notifications when the app is closed?

Hi. I am signed in to two email accounts on the Mail app in Windows 10. I am getting notifications normally when the app is open, but when I close it, I stop receiving notifications. I would like to receive notifications while the app is closed, or at least find a way to minimize the app to the system tray, so as to have it closed yet running in the background, in order to receive notifications.Thanks in advance
