Windows 11 How to go from 24H2 to something earlier on a fresh install?

I recently did a fresh install of Windows 11, and it installed 24H2 from the install media. Because of this I am unable to play games with Easy AntiCheat enabled. Is there a way to go to an earlier feature update like 23H2 or something?And I will reiterate (because this has confused others that I talked to) this is a NEW install of Windows 11. 24H2 was not an update for me, I can not simply uninstall the 24H2 update since it doesn't exist for me.
