Windows 10 How to handle MS Store apps that are not updating because of inactive users

MS store app are installed automatically as part of the PC provisioning process (Paint 3D, Photos, etc. When a new update is released, the apps will automatically update when that users logs in. However, we have many users who have logged onto PCs that may not log back in for awhile. So those apps will never update and the end result are vulnerabilities that remain present on machines. This seems like a poor design process by MS. How can we manage updates for inactive user accounts and get rid of vulnerabilities?
