Windows 11 How to hard reset my pc, if i only get 1 recovery option, which is turning off my pc

how am i supposed to access my computer if the pin is correct and it's saying my credentials are not verified, and when i try to go in recovery mode i only have 1Option: Turn off your PCwhat do i even do?im cooked
