Windows 11 How to I completely clean reset my computer?

I want to get rid of all unnecessary files and make my computer be like new but whenever I log into Microsoft after factory resetting, it keeps putting all my files back. How can I stop this from happening so I can be logged into my Microsoft account while still having a clean computer.
