Windows 10 How to install an app I paid for, but got unpublished by Microsoft from the Store?

I paid for an app called X410. It is currently being unpublished from the Store. Please advise how to get it installed. Note, again, I paid for this app and naturally would expect to be able to download it again.The developer for X410 is also frustrated and wanted us, the users, to contact Microsoft directly. However, this is far from feasible - Microsoft Store does not allow me to simply file a ticket. Instead, with multiple redirects, the support page got me in an endless loop. This is just nuts. For now, from the numerous support pages I went through, all I learned was to call (800) 642 767
