Windows 10 how to install update kb5031445?

I have Windows 10 OS. I received an update notice for KB5031445. have attempted to download and install this update without success due to the following error: "We couldn't install this update, but you can try again (0x80070057). Have tried self installer with out success. Ran troubleshooter, ran cmd scf without success but both corrected errors. Any recommendations on what to attempt next?
