Windows 11 how to kick out text message that keeps me from opening Yahoo email

When I open Yahoo email, I get this txt message that won't let me go directly to Yahoo email. This text message appears first on the Yahoo mail screen, and I have to click "back to mail." This is a new computer, so while making the transition from the old computer to the new one, this txt message somehow sneaked in.
