Windows 11 How to 'Link' email accounts in the New Outlook Mail App, the one coming into affect in 2024 - NOT the Outlook 365 version

Hi,We are asked to try the new Outlook Mail app that comes into affect in 2024. Unlike the previous Mail version, there is no LINK Accounts setting.We are Not talking about the Office 365 Paid for Outlook, but the Mail App that comes with our laptops. I'm sorry I have to clarify in this way but there was no reply to the thread I was on where this simple question was not answered correctly.If our 'versions' do not have this feature - which the old Mail App did - then you are going to lose a Lot of customers.
