Windows 11 How to make the Microsoft Keyboard Layout Creator produce correct results for Windows 11?

I bought a new computer and it comes with Windows 11.I start building a new layout for the keyboard since Microsoft does not have a layout for the Native Brazillian Dvorak.All works well until I start to use:sometimes it does not appear on the language bar.the language bar does not work anymore.Win + Space does not work.Also, I can not change the layout except uninstaling or instaling layouts.What must I do to make the Microsoft Keyboard Layout Creator produce correct and functional results for Windows 11?p.s. Now the layout changes to another without any warning, but I can not change it back.
