I found the fix for the exact problem I have here in the forums, and it works, sort of.https://answers.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/forum/all/intermittent-black-screen-when-cursor-moves/32aad20c-869e-4e45-8c41-7e7fe4848b76. It works fantastic to stop the screen from going blank while moving the cursor across objects on the screen. The only problem is that it doesn't permanently fix the issue. It works for as long as the laptop is powered on, but after the laptop is shutdown and booted up again the issue returns, forcing me to use the CMD shutdown/s/f and restarting to fix it again.
