Windows 11 How to re-install windows when I have a dual boot system and Ubuntu for the other partition.

Recently my windows partition broke and I am not able to boot into windows. I spoke with some techs and the only option I have is to reinstall windows 11 using a flash drive.Now, I will be reinstalling windows soon, is it safe to simply follow the usual installation steps or are there any different steps for dual boot systems? Secondly, will my Ubuntu partition be affected by the new installation? I am hoping that with the new windows installation, my Ubuntu system remains unaffected.
