Windows 11 how to reconnect connectivity IPv4/IPV6?

So my desktop has suddenly shut down. And on restart it no longer shows network connections. WiFi or Bluetooth. I’ve updated drivers uninstalled and reinstalled drivers. And I’m still getting no network connection other than a Ethernet. In hardware properties it says status: not present and connectivity: disconnected. I’m stumped. And I need some assistance.
