My friend bought a new HP Laptop the other day. She forgot her password in just a day, and she didn't even set up a Microsoft Authenticator or recovery email/phone number. Now she is unable to reset her password as there is no recovery way possible. We tried filling the account recovery form multiple times for 3-4 days but of no use. Now she is stuck with an account which she can neither log in/log out cause the Windows license is linked to this account.
