HI Experts,I have transfered some files and folders to my external HDD from my old computer ( OS XP vista )which was password proteced using CMD prompt. The old HDD crashed and bought a new computer (OS windows 11). Now I am not able to open any of the transfered files and videos which is in my ext HDD. it throws a pop up which says " Windows Script Host: Loading Script: Failed (Access is denied) and for some file it says " Windows cannot acces the specified device,Path, or file. you may not have the appropriate permission to access the item". All files have a lock symbol on its icon. please l
