Hi there,I’m asking for my grandma, she uses windows on her laptop but recently she entered the password multiple times that she needs to reset the password. However, she doesn’t remember the Microsoft email address, she couldn’t receive messages from the phone number she left, and she doesn’t have Skype account. Windows laptop system is the only product she uses from Microsoft. I try to contact a real person from Microsoft but the phone keep redirecting me back to the website.
