Windows 11 How to Reinstall Microsoft GameInput Services?

While following a guide to fix issues with Microsoft GameInput services, I uninstalled the service and rebooted my pc. The guide said the service would automatically reinstall, this did not happen. I've followed every suggestion on how to recover it and none have worked. There is no download for Microsoft GameInput services. How do I reinstall it?
