The command line (as admin) DISM option just reinstalled the old version from an image file, which obviously had the bad version. Thinking to just uninstall from the Settings>Apps>Apps and Features mechanism, I successfully uninstalled, but when trying to reinstall I found over 300 options, none of which had the string "Wordpad" in them. That caused me to reinstall the bad version from the command line. I'm back where I started.The specific Wordpad problem is that on this computer it has defaulted to a 4" wide document, with no other options. Using the size settings under File o
