Windows 10 How to remove a file name in search bar in Windows 10 despite the file does not exists in the system.

Hello Everyone , I am seeking help to delete one of my file name from the search bar in windows despite the file doesnt exists in the folder.To give a better understanding of the situation i had a file name Sicilian but i deleted it now when i type the word sicilian in the windows search it shows up in best match but i click it it shows local disk C..I try copy the path but it doesnt show the part..I tried disk clean up ,file explorer cache clean up still it shows the file name anyone could help ?Thank You.
