Windows 11 How to remove a Microsoft Account from Settings > Email & accounts (the correct way, that works)

1. download registry finder and perform a search on the entire registry for your Microsoft Account email.example *** Email address is removed for privacy *** all references (registry keys with your microsoft account email address in their name)2. locate C:\Users\YOUR_USERNAME\AppData\Local\Packages\Microsoft.Windows.CloudExperienceHost_cw5n1h2txyewydelete the contents of all the folders but the Settings folder. you might need to download IObit Unlocker to unlock some locked files in some of the folders.reboot and then check the Settings app and you should see it says Local Account under your name again, in the top
