Windows 11 How to remove an Iomega Encryption?

Hi,I cannot see the files at the hard drive, it is encrypted, I install the app inside the drive but it does not pop up a window where I can type the password. I am using a Windows 11 Enterprise. Is there a way to fix it?Regards.
