Windows 11 how to remove an organization from my computer

My father left us (me and my brother) one of his old laptops when he was working at IBM. We restarted the laptop and got to the sign in screen which we put in one of our personal accounts and it did not work. it said we need to sign in with an IBM work account. We tried our school accounts. but nothing works so we can't finish the set up of the laptop. Is there a way to remove the organization after we have reset the laptop?
