When you hover over any icon (not selecting it or clicking on it), it will highlight it like this:What I'm trying to get is no such highlight to appear. I have a lot of icons for different files I use for work and I can see my mouse but this moving hover is not helping and is just annoying so Im trying to disable it. I don't want to disable highlight when you click on icon itself, I just want to disable the highlight that happens when you hover around icons and not actually click anything.Note: The "Ease of Access" guide that seems to be posted all over when I tried to search for it, is not wh
