Windows 11 How to remove marathi indic language tool from windows 11 OS

I installed Marathi (ILIT) from Bhashaindia.com but it did not got installed properly. But on task bar i see this ...plz refer to screenshot. This is not available in Add and remove programmes to uninstall. And due to this I am not able to install any other indic tool for transliteration. Kindly send some help please asap. my work is stopped due to this thing.
