Windows 11 How to remove Microsoft account from administrator account

I had accidentally linked my Microsoft account to my works administrator account computer, now no matter what i cannot remove it from the computer setting, it says administrator then underneath my email. there is no remove button it is not listed under work or school. Please Help. everything online doesn't work.
