Windows 10 How to remove the input method status bar in cmd?

I am useing an Chinese input method it is 手心输入法, using it as my default input method, and I open cmd, on the bottom of cmd have a input method status bar.


But the question is the status bar will copy once every time when I am scroll down the cmd, so, look at the picture, it cover the cmd!


I know I can use "Ctrl + Space" shortcut to change input methond to English and the status bar it will disappear. But I need a better method, such as to change the default input method in cmd, can I modify registry to change it?
