Windows 11 How to reset Ease of Access button on lock screen to original settings if I didn’t copy and save the original in the first place

Hi,So I tested something I found from a YouTube short about logging in without a password, but it didn’t contain anything about saving the original ultiman file. So now if I open ease of access in the Lock Screen menu, it opens cmd but I can’t reset it back because I think I overwrote the original file without saving it, like it said in the simplified video. I want it back but I’m not sure if it’s possible, any help would be amazing. Here’s the video:
