Windows 10 How to reset pc

This sounds like a basic question which it is but I have tried everything but it just won’t let me I tried using add won’t work safe mode with sfx dims but I don’t have the source I don’t have have internet so I can’t download anything onto it this is just a basic issue that I can’t fix since some of my files are corrupted I really need help.
