Windows 11 How to reset/unlock Windows 11 if locked out, and I don't have the Bitlocker key?

Hello,My microsoft surface pro 7 (windows 11) ran into a few issues during the last shut down, and now it requires the Bitlocker key to start windows, and I'm unable to do anything else. I do not have the Bitlocker key, so I'm unsure how to proceed. If I reset the device, will I still need the Bitlocker key?Will a reset work, or will it ask for the Bitlocker key after resetting as well?If I do require the key, is there any other way I can start my device (I'm okay with losing all the files on the device, if no other option works)Or should I do a clean reinstillation of Windows 11 without needi
