Windows 10 How to resolve multiple AppData Apps Folders

A recent Windows update appears to have messed something up with the one-click-installer registries. It looks like the issue is now fixed but now I have multiple folders in the AppData>Local>Apps>2.0 folder (around four of them) because a program kept having to reinstall itself multiple times.In this case, is there a way to amalgamate/delete these extraneous folders? Or should they be left alone?
